Court of Session Approval of Cancellation of Share Premium Account and Capital Redemption Reserve
Further to the announcements of 7 January 2011 and 1 February 2011, the Company is pleased to announce that the Court of Session in Edinburgh (the "Court") has approved the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve (the "Cancellation").
The Company registered the Court order approving the Cancellation and a statement of capital with the Registrar of Companies on 13 June 2011 and the Cancellation became effective on such registration.
