Statement re: Bondholder announcement

MirLand announces that further to the announcement made by the Company on 13 April 2016 (the "Previous Announcement"), on 19 April 2016 the Trustees announced to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that the principles of the Proposed New Restructuring Terms have been approved by Bondholders.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Previous Announcement.
