Board changes

Bumi plc announces that at the general meeting held on 21 February 2013, Sir Richard Gozney was appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect and Nalin Rathod and Jean Mizrahi were removed as directors of the Company with immediate effect.

In addition, following his re-election, Graham Holdaway, a non-executive Director of the Company, became a member of the Nomination Committee with immediate effect.

This announcement is made pursuant to LR 9.6.11
