Spitfire Resources Limited - Director Resignation
Churchill Mining plc ("Churchill") (AIM:CHL) announces that Spitfire Resources Limited ('Spitfire'), in which Churchill holds a 35.6% interest, today announced on the ASX that Mr. Paul Mazak had resigned as Non-Executive Chairman of Spitfire to focus fully on his commitments in Indonesia for Churchill. A full copy of the announcement is set out below.
"Spitfire Resources Limited advises that Mr. Paul Mazak has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. The board wishes to thank Mr. Mazak for his assistance with the formation and listing of the company.
Mr. James Hamilton will fulfill the role of Executive Chairman."
