Smarttech247 Group plc - update
Further to the announcement made in September 2022, Conduity is pleased to note the announcement by Smarttech247 Group plc ("Smarttech247"), of its intention to seek admission of its shares to trading on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange.
As part of this process, Conduity will be reimbursed for all of the costs that it incurred in connection with the proposed reverse takeover of Smarttech247 ("RTO"), and these funds will be used to subscribe for new shares in Smarttech247 on its IPO.
Admission is expected to take place on or around 15 December 2022. Going forward, Conduity will be considering various options with its advisers to create liquidity for its shareholders.
