Signing of an amendment to the Facility Agreement

Signing by Lenta LLC (the Company's main operating company) of an amendment to the RUR 40.375 billion facility agreement concluded on 14 September 2011 with, among others, VTB Capital PLC (as arranger and security agent), as amended and restated on 30 January 2013 and 12 April 2013 (the "Facility Agreement")

Lenta LLC today disclosed in the Russian Federation (a non-EEA State) information on an amendment to the Facility Agreement (the "Amendment"), whereby the parties to the Facility Agreement amend certain of the provisions therein relating to, among other things, interest and fees payable.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.10 ("disclosure of information in a non-EEA State") the Company hereby announces that Lenta LLC has today entered into the Amendment. The resolution of the meeting of the Company's board of directors approving the Amendment can be viewed on the Company's website at www.lentainvestor.com.
