Shareholders with at least 5% votes on AGM

Report 16/2014: Shareholders who held at least 5% of the total votes during the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 12th June 2014.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna informs that shareholders who participated in the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 12th June 2014 held 187,111,475 votes. As a result, the share capital of the Bank of 262,470,034 shares, of which one share entitles to one vote, was represented at the Ordinary General Meeting in 71.29%.

At least 5% of the total votes during this General Meeting was held by:

- UNICREDIT S.p.A., ITALY, 00186 ROME, VIA ALESSANDRO SPECCHI 16 - 131,497,488 votes,

i.e. 70.28% during this Meeting and 50.10% of the total votes.

- AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK, with its register office in Warsaw, 11.870.000 votes i.e. 6,34% during this Meeting and 4,52% of the total votes.
