Following the acquisition of 405,100 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, FMR LLC is now the holder of 5,232,200 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.2% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
