Huveaux PLC14 February 2005 HUVEAUX PLC ("Huveaux" or "the Company") Huveaux was notified on 11 February that in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIMRules, Schroder Investment Management Limited has an interest in 8,058,076ordinary shares of the Company representing 7.57% of the issued share capital. The holding has not changed since last notified, but the percentage interest hasbeen reduced as a result of the share issue by Huveaux PLC in June 2004.
