The Company announces that on Friday 21st May 2010 it received notification from its chairman, Douglas Sutherland, that on the same day his wife purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 84.54 pence per share.
As at 24th May 2010, Mr. Sutherland holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
