Share Incentive Plan
WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 November 2008, 35,135 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of £0.9250 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their October pay. The following directors, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interest in the shares:
