The Company was informed today that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have, on 7 November 2014, purchased 5,074,360 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.12 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 33,372,016 Ordinary Shares, representing 33.4% of the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
