Secured Loan

Further to the announcement released on 6 January 2025, the Company confirms that it remains in discussions with the providers of its only secured debt, which expired on 31 December 2024, and expects to successfully resolve this situation in the next few weeks.

The Company will provide an update to shareholders on this and other negotiations at that time.
