Sale of Ordinary Shares out of Treasury
The Company announces that on 29 June 2016 it sold for cash 32,500 ordinary shares, previously held in Treasury, at a price of 363p per share (before expenses). The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Total Voting Rights
As a result of this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,772,049 ordinary shares. Each of the ordinary shares carries one voting right. No shares are held in Treasury. The figure of 4,772,049 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
