Slingsby(H.C.)Plc08 December 2005 H C SLINGSBY PLC Sale of Premises The Board is pleased to announce that today it has exchanged contracts for thesale of its Preston Street premises for £3.025 million and completion isenvisaged for the 23rd December 2005. The company is currently in the process ofrelocating its warehousing facility to the new premises in Baildon and therefurbishment work on the offices is now in progress. The company has arranged ashort term lease back of its Preston Street offices whilst refurbishment of thenew is completed.
