Notice of registration of updated Articles of Association of RusHydro

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) notifies about registration of new version of the Company's Articles of Association.

RusHydro also informs that the Articles of Association of the Company has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM).
