Re: TEG Group PLC announcement
Kier Group plc ("Kier") notes the announcement made yesterday by TEG Group PLC ("TEG") that its advisers, KPMG Corporate Finance, have had preliminary discussions with parties including Kier.
Kier has had no direct discussions with TEG and, in accordance with Rule 2.8 of the Code, states that it has no intention of making an offer for TEG.
