Updated Rule 2.10 announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Code, C&C confirms that as at the close of business on 23 December 2014 its issued share capital consisted of 348,547,138 ordinary shares of 1 EUR cent each.

The International Securities Identification Number for C&C's ordinary shares is IE00B010DT83.

C&C has an American Depositary Receipts ("ADR") programme for which Deutsche Bank acts as depositary. Each ADR share represents three C&C ordinary shares. The ADRs trade in the over the counter market. The trading symbol for these securities is CCGGY US and the International Securities Identification Number is US1246511000.
