The Directors of the Company today announce a further return of capital of 1.50p per Ordinary Share, payable to shareholders of the Company as follows:

Payment date | 6 July 2011 |
Following the above return of capital of 1.50p per Ordinary Share, and after deducting estimated expenses to the end of 2011, the Company's net cash position will be £0.5 million.
