Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Results of Extraordinary General Meeting Herzeliya, Israel, 30 October 2013: The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at its ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. A summary of the voteslodged by proxy is set out below:- No Resolution Total Votes % Votes % Votes For Against Withheld 1 Proposed transfer to 78,783,935 89.34 9,402,605 10.66 1,735 Standard List 2 Change to Memorandum of 80,713,146 91.57 7,434,817 8.43 40,362 Incorporation The Company's issued share capital as at 30 October 2013 (excluding treasuryshares) was 109,990,252 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each. Following shareholder approval, the Company will submit its application for theTransfer of Listing to the UK Listing Authority shortly. Accordingly, theCompany expects the Transfer of Listing to take effect on or around 28 November2013. As stated in the circular posted to Shareholders on 16 October 2013, sincethere is currently insufficient publicly available information regarding theProposed Transaction, it is likely that suspension of trading in OrdinaryShares will continue until: either the Company announces that it is ceasing topursue the Proposed Transaction; or the Company publishes a prospectus inrespect of the Enlarged Group following the Court's approval of the ProposedTransaction. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, two copies of the resolutions passed atthe EGM will be available at the UKLA's National Storage Mechanism and will beavailable for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM Capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the 16 October2013 announcement.
