Result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), held on 26 March 2020, in the form of absentee voting.  

The EGM passed the following resolutions:

1. Terminate the term of the current members of the Company's Board of Directors.

2. Elect the following persons to the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer:

- Petr Baskakov;

- Ivan Besedin;

- Lea Verni;

- Maksim Gavrilenko;

- David Davydovich;

- Sergey Dolgov;

- Ramil Zainetdinov;

- Sergey Ludin;

- Dmitrii Pankov;

- Artyom Polyakov;

- Sergey Shishkarev.

3. Terminate early the term of the current members of the Company's Revision Commission.

4. Elect the following persons to the Revision Commission of PJSC TransContainer:

- Mikhail Ponyavkin;

- Roman Antipov;

- Sergey Pavlovsky;

- Alexander Fominov;

- Rustam Safin.

- 2018 - present - Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC Novaya Logisticheskaya.

Ivan Besedin

Year of birth: 1954

Education: Moscow Institute of Engineers of Railway Transport (1976)

Professional experience over the last 5 years:

- 2015 - 2016 - Head of the Department of Management of the Transport and Logistics Business Unit of JSC Russian Railways;

- 2017 - 2018 - General Director of LLC Shtadler;

- 2019 - present - Advisor to the President of Delo Group.

Sergey Dolgov

Year of birth: 1975

Education: Rostov State University (2000)

Professional experience over the last 5 years:

- 2009 - present - private entrepreneur;

- 2020 - present - Advisor to the CEO of PJSC TransContainer.

Ramil Zainetdinov

Year of birth: 1978
