Result of EGM
Kimberly announces that, at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, including the resolution to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM.
As previously announced, the last day of trading of the Ordinary Shares will be 7 February 2018 and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take place with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 8 February 2018.
