Felix Group PLC10 April 2008 10 April 2008 Felix Group plc (to be renamed Crawshaw Group plc) Announcement of results of General Meeting Felix Group plc (the "Company") announces that all resolutions relating to theproposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Crawshaw GroupLimited (the "Acquisition"), holding company of Crawshaw Butchers Limited, were passed by the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today. Full details of the resolutions are set out in the notice of General Meetingcontained in the Admission Document of the Company dated 18 March 2008. Theresolutions passed included the change of name of the Company to 'Crawshaw Groupplc', which is expected to become effective later today. Completion of the Acquisition and the admission of the enlarged issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company to trading on AIM and commencement of dealings areexpected to take place on 11 April 2008.
