The Company announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed except for the proposed resolution 5(d). Mr Chung Dongwook was therefore not re-elected as a director. As a result, the directors of the Company are Mr Chan Fook Meng, Mr Chris Morgan and Mr Nazim Khan.
