Result of Annual General Meeting

Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held today, all resolutions contained in the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 17 June 2013 (the "AGM Notice") were duly passed.

A final dividend of 6 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid on 24 July 2013.

Details of the proxy votes received prior to the Meeting will be available on the company's website www.bigyellow.co.uk.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the resolutions passed as special business of the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at Financial Conduct Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
