Result of AGM & CEO Statement

GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL), is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Emma Priestley, the Company's CEO, made the following statement:

"I am delighted to confirm that we remain on course to achieve initial production from our Akrokeri-Homase Gold Project within two years - and we believe this to be a conservative estimate. I look forward to detailing our production plans in the coming weeks and months as we embark on this transition to cash generative gold producer."

It is the Company's intention to build a portfolio of high-quality gold projects in Ghana, with a particular focus on the highly prospective Ashanti Gold Belt.
