AGM Result
Wessex Exploration PLC ("Wessex" or "the Company"), the hydrocarbon exploration company confirms that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed with the exception of resolution 5, relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, which required a special resolution, which was passed on a show of hands however taking into account valid proxies that had been received, was not carried.
