Results of Annual General Meeting
Clean Energy Brazil plc, an investment company focused on Brazil's sugar cane/ethanol industry, announces that at its AGM held earlier today all resolutions proposed were passed except for Resolution 9 relating to the authority of directors to allot shares for cash which was not passed.
