JKX Oil & Gas plc announces that at its AGM, held on 7 June, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 11 and 12 had been withdrawn by the Board prior to the meeting. A breakdown of the proxy votes lodged prior to the AGM is set out below.
