Resolutions Passed at the Annual General Meeting

All the resolutions recommended by the Board at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 April 2010 were duly passed. These resolutions were set out in the Chairman's Letter to holders of Ordinary Shares and Notice of the Annual General Meeting which was posted to shareholders on 25 March 2010 and are available on the AIB Group website.

As required by Listing Regulation 6.6.2, copies of the resolutions have been forwarded to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority at the following locations, where they may be obtained:
