(LSE: G3E), an independent specialist in the exploration and development of coal bed methane gas (CBM) with roots in China and a focus on international expansion, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Monday, 30 July 2018.
