Restoration of trading on AIM
United Carpets Group plc ("the Group" or "the Company" or "United Carpets"), the specialist retail carpet and floor covering operator, announces that the suspension of trading of its ordinary shares on AIM will be lifted at 7:30 a.m. on 25 February 2013.
The Company's ordinary shares were suspended from trading on 24 August 2012 pending the publication of the Company's audited financial results for the 18 months ended 30 September 2012.
The Company's report and accounts for the 18 month period ended 30 September 2012 has been published today and is available on www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com. Copies of the report and accounts for the 18 month period ended 30 September 2012 are available from the Company's registered address and will be posted to shareholders today. The report and accounts contain notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be convened at 12:00 noon on 21 March 2013 and notice of a General Meeting to be convened at 11:00 a.m. on 21 March 2013.
