LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, today announces the resignation of Mr. Edward During as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. During was not a director of the Company and the Company will initiate a search for his replacement.
