Re Directorate

FreeAgent announces that Katherine Tenner, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, will be on maternity leave with immediate effect. It is her intention to return to the business in due course.

Katherine will remain a Director of the Company and will continue to attend meetings of the FreeAgent Board. Pending her return, her day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on an interim basis by Guy Mitchell, who has been recruited externally to fulfil the role. Guy's principal career history has been in senior finance roles with high growth software and technology companies.
