Re-admission of Ordinary Shares

RockRose Energy PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that re-admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares will take place on the London Stock Exchange today at 8.00 a.m. At the same time the 5,333,334 new ordinary shares of 20 pence each, which have been placed at a price per share of 150 pence, will also commence trading.
