The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 26 October 2018 as amended and restated on 5 November 2018 relating to the issue by Nationwide Building Society of JPY 4,000,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due October 2026 issued pursuant to its U.S.$25,000,000,000 European Note Programme. The Final Terms have been amended to refer to the Base Prospectus dated 31 October 2018 for listing purposes. The Terms and Conditions of the Notes are not affected.
