Posting of Notice of AGM and annual report
The board of Insetco plc announces that the Company's AGM has been rescheduled for 30 July 2013.
The Company will today be posting a copy of the notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("the Notice") and a copy of the Company's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2012 to all shareholders.
The annual general meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on 30 July 2013 at Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, London W1J 6BD.
The Notice and the annual report will be available on the Company's website, www.insetco.com.
