Flowtech (AIM: FLO), the specialist technical fluid power products supplier, announces that, further to the statement made by the Company on 14 March 2018 concerning the "Acquisition of Balu Ltd and successful £11 million fundraise partly subject to shareholder approval", the Company posted a circular to its shareholders on 14 March 2018 convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 3 April 2018 at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 1 St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.
