Nighthawk, the US focused shale oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), is today posting its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012 ("Annual Report") to shareholders.

The Annual Report also contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at FTI Consulting Limited, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB on Monday 22 October 2012 at 11.00 a.m.
