Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

HOUSTON, TEXAS (June 19, 2008) Caza announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2007 (the "Results") have been posted to its shareholders. The Company's annual general meeting to approve the Results will be held at 10.00 a.m. (Houston time) on June 26, 2008 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380, USA.
