Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
ProPhotonix Limited, (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR.PK), a designer and manufacturer of LED Illumination Systems, laser diode modules as well as a distributor of premium vendors' laser diodes, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 were posted to shareholders on 24 April 2012. The Company's AGM will be held on 16 May 2012 at the office of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London, England at 10:00 a.m.
