Quindell Portfolio Plc (AIM: QPP.L), the provider of sector leading expertise in software, consultancy and technology enabled outsourcing in its key markets, being Insurance, Telecommunications and their Related Sectors, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held at 10am on 28 June 2013 at Dorsey & Whitney, 21 Wilson Street, London EC2M 2TD.
