The Company would like to advise that, on 4 October 2011 Rian Dartnell, Non Executive Director, bought 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 351p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Dartnell has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
