The Company was notified on 14 September 2017 that Ann Cotton, a PCA of Charles Cotton, a Non-Executive Director of Frontier Developments plc, purchased 3,700 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1350.00 pence per share.
