Payment of Final dividend
Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("Jiasen", the "Group") is pleased to announce that, on 25 June 2015, it has paid its final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2014 of 2.35p per share to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 June 2015.
In addition to the interim dividend of 1.5p per share paid to shareholders on 12 September 2014, the Group's total cash dividend payment for the year was 3.85p per share, totalling £4.68 million.
The issued share capital of the Group comprises 121,656,361 ordinary shares of US$0.10 per share.
