The Company has also been informed by a letter dated 2 June 2006 that INVESCOPERPETUAL AiM VCT PLC is interested in 930,000 Shares, which represents aholding of 3.09% of the Total Shares. The Shares are registered in the name ofChase Nominees Limited. In a letter dated 5 June 2006, the Company was informed that ISIS EP LLP isinterested in 4,650,000 Shares through client holdings, which represents aholding of 15.44% of the Total Shares. End.
