Notification of interest in shares
The Company has received notification pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following the increase in the Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights announced on 21 December 2012 and again today and the confirmation that his beneficial interest in ordinary shares remains unchanged, Mr Christopher Ranson's beneficial interest now represents 2.91 per cent of the Company's issued voting share capital.
Mr Ranson also holds warrants to subscribe for 2 million ordinary shares.
