We would like to inform you that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2007, within a period of 3 months, insteadof publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter ended 31st March2007. A separate intimation will be given informing the date of convening the meetingof the Board of Directors of the Company to consider, inter-alia, the auditedfinancial results for the year ended 31st March, 2007.
