Daejan Holdings PLC29 September 2005 29 September 2005 Daejan Holdings PLC Daejan Holdings PLC announces that in accordance with the letter dated 25October 2004 from the Director of Markets at the FSA the Company intends to takeadvantage of the extension to the reporting deadline from 90 to 120 days inrespect of the announcement of its Interim results which will be the firstprepared under International Financial Reporting Standards.
