T2 Income Fund Limited20 November 2006 T2 Income Fund Limited ("the Company") Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting T2 Income Fund Limited (TIDM:T2I) announces that the Company has today postednotice ("Notice") of an Extraordinary General Meeting to shareholders of theCompany to be held at Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, GuernseyGY1 3NQ on 11 December 2006 at 2:00 p.m. to consider, and if thought fit, to passan ordinary resolution permitting the amendment of the Company's investmentlimitations to allow the Company (and its subsidiaries) ("the Group") to borrowin aggregate in excess of 100% of the Group's net asset value provided that (i)the level of any borrowing in excess of 100% of the Group's net assset valueshall be reviewed quarterly by the Board and (ii) the level of any borrowingshall not exceed at any time 500% of the Group's net asset value at the time theborrowing is incurred.
